This library includes various utilities which don't belong anywhere else. Some of the functions include:

• DateUtil - many date related functions, including getting the beginning / end of the given day, week, month, quarter, year, as well as functions to add / subtract the given number of seconds, minutes, hours, days, etc.
• OperatingSystemUtil - OS specific functions, including checking what the OS is, returning system folders for home directory, pictures folders, log files, etc.
• StreamUtil - stream related functions
• Etc...

This library is used in many of the other Moss utilities, as well as other programs I have written. It, in turn, has no dependencies of its own.
